Background

Registered architect in Thailand, Saenawee Chatameteewong is a co-founder and computational design director at DesireSynthesis, design company focusing on the convergence of computation design, digital fabrication, and architecture that related to regional contexts and tectonic. Graduated from Chulalongkorn university (B.Arch) and Architectural Associations, Design Research Lab (AADRL, M.Arch), he has expertise in cutting-edge technology, machine learning, coding and algorithmic/generative design. Academically, He taught at Chulalongkorn University, Architectural Associations INT13, Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) UC2, and AA Visiting School ShenZhen 2020 on architecture and computation design. His works at DesireSynthesis not only relates to build-environment but also includes simulation/optimization of various scale ranging from small object to urban planning.
